The Magical Options

CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION:

• First, thank you for reading! We are very excited to work with you to create what you are going to love

• A 2 week notice is preffered, but there may be exceptions, feel free to ask, it will depend on the order and schedules

•  When ordering, it would be great if you have some inspiration ideas to show me! these can be color examples, themes of your party, an inspiration pattern you like, etc. I am also happy to take the creative initiative if you give me a few preferences, but understand that I can't gaurantee our visions will match. For example if you request a teal color without any examples, this could be a wide range of shades to each person. 

• A week before your order is due, I will send you some photos/descriptions to make sure we are both still on the same page with your order expectations. Please keep in mind that any photos, colors, or other inspiration that you might send me, are only for that, inspiration, as this is an art, and no two are going to be exact. If you have your heart set on an exact replica or color, just let me know when you are ordering, and I can let you know if I feel I can provide that for you. 

• Edible images: I don't really use these, but I can do these for the cost of the images to me, which will depend, as I will have to order them. Because of that i'll need a minimum of 2 weeks notice to use these

PAYMENT AND SATISFACTION POLICIES:

• 50% deposit on custom orders is due at the time of placing the order, to hold your reservation. This is non refundable less than 2 weeks before the order date.

• 1 week before the pickup date, the remainder of the balance is due. This is to prevent an expensive loss in the case of someone changing their mind after we have bought all of the supplies and started spending time on the order. I accept Venmo, Zelle, and Square, and will send you an email or text with an invoice as soon as we agree on the order. These will keep a good record for us both. If you need to pay cash instead, please let me know and we can meet to do that, no problem! 

• Please keep in mind that any photos, colors, or other inspiration that you might send me, are only for that, inspiration, as this is an art, and no two are going to be exact. If you have your heart set on an exact replica or color, just let me know when you are ordering, and I can let you know if I feel I can provide that for you. 

• TREAT CARE: please make sure you check the information for storage given to you, and ask any questions you have. Once I hand you the treats I can't be responsible for what happens to them. Most of my treats include chocolate, so please make sure they stay out of direct sunlight and heat as much as possible. Best policy is to refrigerate them until an hour or so before your event, or freeze if it's going to be more than a couple of days. 

• Custom orders are non refundable, however if there are any problems please let me know and we can work together to figure out a solution!
